Our founder, Gagan, started this journey without formal knowledge of perfumery, only with curiosity, determination, and the courage to try. There were no perfect plans or shortcuts, just learning every single day through experiments, mistakes, wins, setbacks, and small breakthroughs.

With every up and down, we understood fragrances better, understood people better, and most importantly, understood what truly matters: quality, honesty, and effort. Slowly, our perfumes started reaching more people. Their responses, love, and trust became our biggest motivation. When customers came back saying they loved the fragrance, that it stayed with them, that it felt special—that’s when Zaffrano truly felt real.
