– Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes, attars, and other fragrance products cannot be returned once opened or used.
– If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos.
– Approved refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.
– Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
– Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Can I return a perfume?

For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes and attars cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect products may be eligible for replacement after verification.

We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and other digital payment options available through our payment partners.

What is the Bottle Return Discount Scheme?

Customers can return empty ZAFFRANO perfume bottles and receive discounts on their next purchase:
* 30 ml bottle → ₹30 discount
* 50 ml bottle → ₹50 discount
* 100 ml bottle → ₹100 discount
The scheme is applicable only on eligible perfume bottles.
